Atorvastatin Lawsuit

The Atorvastatin lawsuit is a legal case that has garnered a lot of attention recently. The case involves a nutrition supplement called Orlistat, which is marketed under the brand name Rogaine. Rogaine was one of the first highly popular weight loss aids to gain mainstream popularity. It is marketed as a drug and although it has received positive results for many people, it also has a ton of negative publicity. Some say that it may cause heart attacks and even death.

So why did this supplement get so much attention? For starters, it had been featured in major media outlets like the New York Times, CNN, and CBS News. All these places mentioned that Atorvastatin was “the” cure to obesity and that it was being used in the treatment of a number of different diseases. This is quite possibly because it was featured in one of the best documentaries of all time, “The Beach”. A scene from this documentary showed Rogaine in action.

This particular scene showed a disheveled and obese man wearing Rogaine before he was served with his lawsuit.

It is hard to see why people would trust something that close to their face is supposed to be a cure for obesity when they see the disheveled look and the droopy eyelids. After the men were served, they then went to an apartment in West Hollywood. There are a number of surveillance cameras located throughout the complex.

You can see in the video, a man who looks to be in his fifties jumps out of a white van.

He then proceeds to wrestle an unknown male into the van. At that point you can also see that the male screams out in pain. Atorvastatin is then seen on the videotape.

Some people have seen the tape and believe that it shows a disturbing scene.

However, these people are not taking into consideration the fact that there are other things that were going on at the time that would give rise to a civil lawsuit. For example, the obese man had previously been an alcoholic and he could no longer control his alcohol intake. Alcohol is known to cause weight gain. Also, the alcoholic is trying to hide the fact that he is losing weight by drinking and being dishonest about it.

These are only a few of the problems with the atorvastatin lawsuit.

To sum it up, this lawsuit is being filed because Rogaine was not helping the patient to lose weight the way that it was supposed to. It is being claimed that the drug was not doing what it was advertised to do and it is also being accused of causing people to become addicted to it.
